Organizational
At first, we can start with a small, non-critical project so you can familiarize yourselves with VNES. Later on, for complex projects, we proposed a model in which VNES only deals with forms, algorithms and fake data, and not with the actual trades or models. The final testing and deployment and data population takes place on the client's premises and is handled by internal staff. |

Technical
After a level of trust is established, confidential information may be transmitted between VNES and the client by using secure VPNs (virtual private networks) and redundant servers and data storage. |

Legal and Other
You keep the intellectual property of all systems that VNES develops for you. VNES has a standard Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) and is willing to discuss NDA terms. All VNES employees have a legal contract with an NDA clause. |
